PoE: Power over Ethernet Transformer

• PoE series are flyback transformers designed for PoE PDs. These transformers feature input voltages from 36 V to 57 V, isolation voltage of 1.5 kVAC/1 min, and switching frequencies from 200 kHz to 500 kHz.

• Power over Ethernet Transformers are small in size, cost-effective, and have low resistance. These transformers are optimized for PoE applications. The MID-PoE transformers feature a flat top for pick and place operation.

PoE+: Power over Ethernet Plus Transformer

• PoE+ transformers are designed to meet 30 W PoE+ objectives of IEEE802.3at. These transformers feature a frequency range of 250 kHz to 400 kHz and an input voltage range of 36 V to 72 V.

PoEH: Power over Ethernet High Power Transformer

• PoEH series transformers are flyback or forward transformers with a standard footprint to EP13. These transformers offer different output voltages, have an input voltage range of 9 V or 33 V to 57 V, and switching frequencies from 200 kHz to 400 kHz. The PoEH series feature an optimized core and bobbin design which allows 30% more power handling.  

PoE/ PoE+/PoE++ transformers use low profile EP and EFD packages, have low leakage inductance, and output power between 13 W to 90 W. Output voltages are 5 V,12 V, or 24 V.
